As Barbara and I work our way toward retirement, we have begun to sell the rights to some of our product line. Purchase price includes all manufacturing and distribution rights, all intellectual property, including copyrights and trademarks. Also included (where applicable) all instructions, supplies and trade sources. Purchaser will have the option of buying any remaining inventory at a special price.
